At The Haven House, we believe in sweet tea, soft fabrics, and second chances. If something you ordered didn’t quite make your heart sing, don’t fret — we’ve made our return process as simple and kind as a front porch conversation. This page will walk you through all the little details on how to send somethin’ back, what qualifies, and what to expect in return. 📦 SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, sugar, it’s set in stone — we can’t cancel it once it’s confirmed.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), pending that card of yours checks out. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days for folks in the continental U.S.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
In a rush? We gotcha. Expedited orders are handled within 24 hours and typically land at your doorstep in 2 to 3 business days.
Once your goodies are on the way, we’ll shoot you an email with tracking info. If you don’t see it, bless your heart — check that spam folder or holler at us.
Now, while we’ll do our darndest to get your package to you on time, things like stormy weather or holiday delays are out of our hands. We hope you understand!
🔁 RETURNS
We know sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s alright! You’re welcome to send back eligible items for store credit only, as long as they meet the criteria below.
RETURN CRITERIA

Returns must be received within 7 days of the original shipment date.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, makeup, and perfume. If we catch a whiff or a smudge, we’ll have to send it back.

All original tags must be attached, and if your item came with extra bits (like belts or brooches), send those back too.

Accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Sale items (including Flash and Redline Sales) are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
RETURN DETAILS

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process it.

Refunds come in the form of store credit only, no exceptions, sweet pea.

We don’t cover return postage, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a tracked service — if your package goes missin’, we can’t be held responsible.
🔄 EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Here’s how it works:
Ship your original item back to us. Once we get it, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s price (not including shipping). Then, you can place a new order for the right size.
Fair warning: we can’t hold items, and inventory moves quick, so if you’re itchin’ for a swap, it’s best to go ahead and order the new one before it’s gone.
💔 DAMAGED GOODS
Oh no! We hate to hear it. If you open your package and something ain’t right, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If reported within that window, we’ll offer a full refund for the damaged item.

Miss the 48-hour mark? We’ll issue store credit only.

Damage from wear, tear, or improper washing is not covered, bless it.
